How to Move Email MS Outlook With All Configuration to Another Computer

Dear everyone the below is way we show you how to move you old email from one computer to other one computer without any lost email content and configuration.
ON OLD COMPUTER
01: Please check the directory that of your email store on your MS Outlook (2010-2016) Click File -> Account Settings -> Account Settings
02: Click Data Files -> Then you will see your email address with the location please note the location
- Exp: Mine store on ( E:\STORE-EMAIL\…… )
03: Open File Explorer or press Windows Key + E -> brow to the directory above then backup all file in the location above to external storage it should be *.pst file
04: Open Run or Windows Key + R -> type ” regedit ” without quot -> Enter
05: In Regedit Windows please fine the location below:
- Windows10 : Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Profiles\Outlook
- Windows8.1 : HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ Windows Messaging Subsystem \ Profiles
06: Right Click folder Profiles -> Export -> save it to external storage named “Outlook.reg” with file in Step 03
ON NEW COMPUTER
07: Copy or move all backup from external storage to the correct location ( the same old location as mine “E:\STORE-EMAIL\……”
08: Double Click or Right Click on Outlook.reg -> Merge “The Administration authority may request”
09: Open Your MS Outlook select profile may request select Outlook or what you see in profile drop list
10: Enter email password again -> Done!!
